MASSIM STUDIO Architecture & Interiors is an architecture, interior design and consulting practice located in brownstone Brooklyn, led by Jennifer Massim AIA. I founded the studio in 2010 knowing that a well-designed environment can profoundly influence behavior and improve our lives.We approach architecture and interior design as integrated disciplines. Our focus is on creating warm and layered spaces with long-term use and enjoyment in mind, achieved through efficient systems, intentional materials and details, highly functional fixtures and fittings, and skillfully crafted components. We believe that beauty, function, and sustainability are interconnected, one is incomplete without the presence of the others. Our design approach is always thoughtful and dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome within each project's unique parameters.
We are committed to home design, building, and renovation that truly reflects our clients' needs and aspirations. We understand that "home" is more than just a physical place; it holds deep emotional and metaphorical significance, and we cannot overstate the value of coming home.

Jennifer Massim AIA, Principal
Jennifer Massim AIA is the founding principal at Massim Studio Architecture and Interiors. She is a licensed architect (RA), Certified Passive House Designer (CPHD) and a member of the AIA, American Institute of Architects.Jennifer was born in New York City where she developed an early appreciation for design at all scales, urban as well as interior, art and fashion. Prior to founding the studio, Jennifer’s design work included residential, commercial and institutional projects with New York’s top architecture offices, including Rogers Marvel Architects (now Marvel Architects), Cetra/Ruddy, Rafael Vinoly Architects, and Fox & Fowle Architects (now FX Collaborative).Jennifer holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, New York City, a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York and an Associate’s Degree in Fashion Design from The Fashion Institute of Technology, New York City. She has been practicing architecture since 2003.
